The lady behind the desk refused to answer questions. Instead of just looking up in the system, she repeated to me twice." I don't know you're not a customer." She was very rude. It's like her fingers were broken and she didn't want to type one thing in the keyboard unless she absolutely had to. Without a doubt, this is the absolute worst Bank I have ever ever walked into. Multiple bad, lengthy experiences at not just one but two of their locations in Colorado Springs. It doesn’t seem like they’re hiring qualified employees, maybe poor training, maybe hiring friends. But whatever the reason, it’s gotten bad. I would avoid Huntington bank. At least in Colorado Springs. Any other bank would be a better choice
Earl S was very helpful and friendly helping me through notary services for a document. I wasn’t prepared fully and he helped me through it with patience that seems to be lost these days. This branch always goes above and beyond to treat you like an old friend. I will always stay with Huntington for this reason.
