So to make a long story short. My wife and I opened a credit card with Huntington bank and got a $12500 credit line. We pay all our bills on time. We'll out of nowhere not even having the card a few no more than a few months and they dropped our credit line to $5000. We asked why and never got a response. My wife filed saying it's unfair. I've been telling g everyone I know to not go to huntington bank or get a credit card through them. It's dishonest and poor business model. I am with the other customer, if I could give 0 stars. I have been trying to close my account for 3 months since they put a hold on my account without telling me. I have been in about 10 times to close my account and there is always 1 excuse after another as to why they can't. I'm so disgusted and fed up with the whole experience!!

This bank profiled me for a past situation. That I paid my debt to society. If it was a problem why didnt they ask me to live 5 years ago? Instead they let me invest my 600k on a 3 month promotion to earn ************************************** five days before the mutual funds mature. We want be paying out because we closed the accounts out. Which is a business account with 3-4 other employees. This not my personal account. I feel I was discriminated against and Racially profiled. Never get a loan through Huntington. Over the course of a year, I have tried to get my car registered in a new state I moved to and since they held the title at the time it has been an ongoing process to even get the title switched to the new state. Over 6 different occasions over the year they would say they have sent it to the office to which I call the office and they never received it. I have been getting the run around with Huntington. I have no access to my money on 6/15/22. No public announcement on social media, emails, or anything. Phones, app, atm and online not functioning. **** did not get paid. What the hell? Don't mess with my money!!! Leaving them tomorrow!!

If I could give zero stars I would! They lowered my CC limit without notification, and refused to pick up their phone calls. I've been on hold 30+minutes! Ever since this bank took over our old one, it's been nothing but problems! Auto pay gets dropped without warning and so many more stupid policies! This isn't how you should treat veteran/National Guard clients!

The worst service on a car loan. I paid off the vehicle in 4 months. They refused to remove the cosigner's name and address on any correspondence. The title also has the cosigner's name on it was sent to that address. I have called numerous times, told it was fixed, and still no help. The cosigner will have to take off work & go to the register office to fix it. I hope no one else uses them & gets this problem.

Worst bank ever, Did a mobile deposit, they put a hold. Clearly sent them copies that the checked cleared from our Mortgage Servicer and they still will not release the hold. It has been since April 28th. I received an email from their "Customer Advocate Team" and never heard back. He vanished into thin air. This is a deposit of $836 and we do not have access to it.

Huntington is not my bank. Never was. However, they did merge with TCF which held my **** and lien on my house. The **** was completely paid off almost two years ago. I owe them nothing, yet they still appear on my credit report as an open account. I visited the local branch. Twice I was told at two different branches that my account was closed. I then called a ***** number to which they told me, twice with two different reps, that my account was open. I need a payoff letter from them stating I do not owe any money to them. ... read more
