Horrible customer service. Rude and unprofessional. literally hung up on me when I asked a question he didn’t know the answer to.
No idea what they are doing. Annoying and inconvenient. Will be switching banks ASAP.
Called to ask a simple question where I was inquiring a phone number for THEIR BANK. Man was very unpleasant and unhelpful. Didn’t want to help me at all and hung up on me. I gladly only have an auto loan with them but good to know I won’t be banking there anytime in the future.
