ATM machine took my debit card then shut down. I called the “customer service” line and they said it was an issue with my card and to contact my bank. There was no issue with my card it was a malfunction with the atm. They refused to do anything to help me and I had to cancel my old card and wait to receive a new one from my bank. All they would have had to do was send someone to open the machine to retrieve my card but it was just before 4 so I was out of luck.
Worse bank in Monroe EVER! They cashed my HUNTINGTON check multiple times before and all of a sudden the last two times they have an issue. Who knew multipal id's and a social security card isn't good enough in order to cash my check, but yet they want to charge 10 dollars to even cash a check. Not to mention customer Service is absolutely awful! I would not recommend this bank to a rock let alone a family member. Shame on this bank!!!!!!!
