Horrible customer service ! WOW as if you beg them your hard earned money ! Huntington Bank corporate! This branch keeps ruining your reputation if you still have any ! Check the reviews I am not alone ,
Great if you want to spend 35 minutes on a simple withdrawal each time you need to go to the bank.
They only have one teller working at the busiest time of the day. It’s not fair to the staff and it’s not fair to their customers.
My experience was awesome thanks to Lea Brock at the location on Jefferson in Detroit MI. Lea was very accommodating. She was very patient. Thank you for taking care of my son as well as me, helping him to open his very 1st bank account. Lea has A1 customer service. She made my day. Great job Huntington. They hired a great woman who knows her stuff.
