ATM out of service too much.
Before I wrote this review; I went to the comment section to see others reactions. I’m a small business owner and this is the closet bank to business. When customer service is ME!! You can’t justify incompetence, just be accountable for your attitude and own frustration. I have came twice to get a cashier check, every time I come the lines are long and no one greets you at the door. So I opted to get a Money Order. Got this $50 bill out of there drive up atm as you can see the corner is missing they were closed it was weekend so I waited til Monday after I got off of work to go inside bank to get replacement $50 not to mention I had a bank account with them the lady who stepped to counter got so offended by me saying I got the $50 out there atm this pass weekend and it’s tore she says she put bills in and that none were tore lmaoo look at my account and say it’s from a different atm I tell her I used my cash app card and it’s not linke... read more
