If I could give no stars and still leave a review, it would be more fitting. This bank has shown me time and again that small businesses do not matter to them. Customer service is offshore. They speak broken English. They can’t problem solve. They do not know how to think for themselves—only read off a script which equates to No customer service at all. Local bank reps cannot help. Stopped into this branch this morning to upgrade my business checking account. The branch has four employees working that I can see from the front and one customer other than me. The front teller doesn’t seem to know much about business accounts and instantly gives me information that doesn’t make any sense. Another tellers overhears it and gives me different information, then they ask the branch manager (Brenda) and she comes out and gives me conflicting information and tells me I have to call the call center and work with ... read more

They do not answer their phone. We have been a business customer since they took over for TCF Bank, and they consistently do not answer their phone. There is no way to get ahold of them.
