We were very disturbed and insulted at the lack of empathy towards your clients you deem so worthy of choosing your firm as their financial establishment. Brought my disabled mother in today at opening for a notary, all staff appeared to be in a meeting that lasted over 30 minutes as others waited to see said person also. Watched other staff walk around, drinking coffee, and not once were we contacted or greeted. It's like we were never there just sitting in the lobby.
