My experience with my mother today was less than horrible. Simply trying to make a cash payment, with a payment slip took twenty minutes when I drove right up to the teller window. After 7 minutes a voice with a disrespectful tone asked that we send an id additionally. By this Time there are four cars behind me when I asked why a ID was required for a cash payment with a slip. Spent all day calling and left a VM. No one answered the phone or responded to my VM.
I've had issues with my local branch in Lancaster. I called the Pickerington branch and a lady named Cameron took time to help me and was very accommodating. They even offered to stay past closing time to help me after my local branch wouldn't. They went way above and beyond and saved my outlook on Huntington bank. Very highly recommend this branch, Cameron. S and Caitlyn.
Medium to low risk bank just means no customer service. This bank would put a hold on a gold bar just to inconvenience the customer.
