This is the worst bank for a business account. Not only do you have to pay extra transaction fees for cash. There is crazy wait times to get any business work done. All business bankers specially that lady is soo slow and you hear her doing useless chitchatting instead of work. Save your time and money, use a small bank or even chase or BOA for meaningful pro business banking partners.
Always a bad banking and customer service experience at this location. Avoid it!
My experience with my mother today was less than horrible. Simply trying to make a cash payment, with a payment slip took twenty minutes when I drove right up to the teller window. After 7 minutes a voice with a disrespectful tone asked that we send an id additionally. By this Time there are four cars behind me when I asked why a ID was required for a cash payment with a slip. Spent all day calling and left a VM. No one answered the phone or responded to my VM.
