Do not EVEN try to get a mortgage through this bank. I was selling a rental house and after six months of back and forth my buyer went to Loan Depot and got everything done in about a month. Back to Huntington on Tiffin Ave in Findlay - the inspection listed several bad electrical outlets. I hired an electrician and told him to fix them and anything else he saw a problem with. Done.
