Never try to get a home loan through here, they messed up info on the loan application, pulled my credit 2x in order to restart and fix the mistake, then took a week to get back with me, and during that time made me get insurance on the house, which I did, but they didn't like the insurance because it wasn't full replace mend it was functional, so I couldn't continue, I got them to get a new insurance quote and then 7 days before I close they inform me after I called to check on the status that I can't do the loan because I'... read more

I went in to make a cash withdrawal and was met with resistance from the representative, who repeatedly pushed for me to get a cashier’s check instead—even after I clearly explained that I wanted cash, which I am fully entitled to access. The situation escalated further when he made an unprofessional and inappropriate comment saying I was “killing him” because my last name had changed and he had to process a name update.
