2nd trip to sign a signature card for an existing account. Rolling up on 30 minutes and we still can’t get it together in South Charleston location. I was the only customer at teller area when I got here. Teays valley location had 2 weeks to get it here! Very disappointed is service through both branches!!
The best bank in the Valley!!! Excellent customer service! Especially the young gentlemen with blonde hair!
