Always a pleasant experience at this location.
They closed my account with 35 grand in it without my consent and knowledge then mailed it to me. Oh because they didn't like the way I talked to their India rep on the phone I couldn't understand. So my savings account is now in the mail. If you'd like this to happen to you bank here. They are a Joke!
UPDATED Review! The one lady inside is the rudest person ever! I am 22 years old and I have more class in my pinky finger than she will ever have! I get work can be stressful, I work everyday so I get it. But I would 100% never have that much attitude and snottyness towards a cutomer ever. I normally go inside to deposit a birthday check or just something small and I always get her huffing at me, having a major attitude, looking at mine and other people's license like it is fake, etc. I get it is the holidays and again thing... read more
