I went in to this branch to open a new checking and savings account today, and the process couldn't have been more seamless. The teller directed me to an account manager named Logan K who was very lovely to talk to and we got through the whole process quickly and with clear communication. Logan obviously mentioned the other services Huntington offers, but there were no high pressure sales tactics - he just provided information in case it would be of use. Had a wonderful experience with Patty Reynolds and can't thank her enough for all the help she has given me throughout the years.
Go to any other branch, not this one. My husband and I opened our account in October. Christian at this branch failed to inform us of the 90-day probation period with Huntington. This means, the day you get paid by your employer, is not the day your funds will show up in your account with Huntington. Until the 90-days is up, you will have to wait an ADDITIONAL 3 business days to get your hard-earned money. Also, the pressure he put on us to take a home equity loan was absurd.
