I live in Medina, needed cash, was in Brunswick (303 & 42 location), and I thought I was at cedar point. Every teller lane outside had more than 10 cars. Jumped in the atm line and the atm was broke. Pulled around front, walked up to the door, walked in, and the line was almost out the door, and no one looked happy. Newp, will not be back or recommend. Glad I don’t live near this location Wowser. Not sure who runs it but y’all failin.
Great for all you needs
Friendly service and knowledgeable people! Has the best money market savings interest in the county right now. Only complaint. There were 7 people in line and only teller while 3 people were sitting in their offices not coming out to help. Furthermore, when there's no one in the drive through, that teller could have also helped us but elected to stay there staring out the window!
The bankers are friendly and helpful, and the lines are typical compared to other banks from what I’ve seen.
