ATM worked fine. 5 stars !!!
Went in to get name removed off an account and was told they didn't have time. Went to the Fremont Branch and was done in 5 minutes! Really unhappy with customer service at the Willard Branch.
I’ve tried to open a checking account for my daughter for two days now. They tell me they are too busy. Fremont federal says come anytime and we can make happen. I can’t even imagine turning away business.
