You guys are just to busy at the ashtabula city branch, atm out of service which makes things worse, I understand happens and being busy but this consolidation of banks just is annoying “to me” just my 2cents but this is why I keep multiple accounts open and available just you used to be the first “goto” bank, it just can’t be anymore unless decide to run to Saybrook (just feels out of the way)
