Do not bank here. I purchased a car from a private seller who had a loan through here. Per Michigan policy I paid off the lien so they would release the loan so I could get a plate. We did a wire transfer so it would go through instantly but It has been over a week and they still haven't released the loan so I can get a plate. Honestly, the worst experience. The level of incompetence is insane. The man (that another person referred to as grinch brows) CLOSED the WRONG account that I had tied to ALL my bills. After I almost left thinking I was all set with the right accounts closed, I checked my app and brought to his attention that my checking account was gone. He then realized his mistake and said he could get my account back for the next day. This branch is much more helpful than my previous one, especially the Manager who expedited a process to meet a deadline & spare me fees at a different company! Idt that's what they do regularly, but I'm grateful anyway. :)
Rude nasty experience, 1st time here and I walked in with a smile & happily spoke to the guy (with the grinch brows)twice( to be sure my ears were working correctly) he just looked at me....and he made sure he spoke to the two Caucasian customers that entered behind me. If this branch doesn't like us please put a sign on the door and I won't ever enter!!!! Like ever!!!
