Great customer service
The African American teller working 7-14 at 12:01 pm Scrutinized And Alienated me Refused to cash my business check which was issued to my business. Due me not having a business account, after requested three forms of ID, In which one of the forms was my business credit card, which stated my name as well as the same business name on the check. This is the worst location I’ve been to.
We worked with Huntington Bank in Royal Oak for a loan on an investment property a few years ago and paid it off this year. During the life of the loan, things were generally fine. The issues started when we attempted to pay it off about 3-4 months ago. To be clear, this all occurred after we had already paid off a significant loan balance. I purchased a car from somebody with a loan from Huntington. They've had my money for over a week and will not release the title because they have a standard hold. Every other bank processes it immediately, the secretary of State doesn't understand what the hold is for. They have been no help, customer service hangs up on you constantly, the staff has been no help at all. I can't title my car, they are in no rush, and they've had 34,000 of my money for over a week.
My bank is professional and helpful.
