I been with Huntington bank for awhile I understand why they don't have change here I go other bank they have it
It’s like a ghost town, empty offices, one or two people behind the counter, there’s almost always a wait. The wait for drive through is normally long and that’s frustrating, they don’t have enough staff. If you want to see a manager or a business banker, it’s very unlikely anyone will ever be there to help a walk-in. It’s all appointments. It feels like they’re trying to discourage people from coming to the branch by making everything a big hassle.
Have been banking here for years. While not perfect, they ARE the best out there. I have always been met by compassionate attempts to help even when I have been stressed. They deserve a pat on the back. Thank you for the work you do.
Huntington will lock your account at midnight about every friday. They'll suspend your card with no suspension of fraud ON A SUNDAY and tell you to goto the branch to unlock it. Huntington is extramly scamy and I recommend ANY other bank to trust with your money.
