This branch is small and slow, but the customer service is exceptional! Over the years, I have got several loans here. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Tomas especially has gone above and beyond to provide the exceptional customer experience. Huntington has hired the right person for the position. Highly recommended!
Just an awesome bank. New mgr is super helpful. So much to offer! 48hr prior direct deposit is a must with stand by cash offered! Love it
I have had an excellent experience at this location. With Chris Floreani. He is quick to respond, explained everything clearly and guided me through the process step-by-step on several occasions. It was so convenient to get my issues resolved without even visiting a branch. Truly impressed with his professionalism and efficiency!
Used to be good ? You will never talk to anyone, and when I had fraud on my account, they did nothing. They told me to wait and go into a branch on Monday. It took 2.5 hours to get them on the phone. They did say sorry? I have banked here since before it was huntington over 6 years with business and personal accounts. So Sad. I loved them.🤔 Rude, uncounserning person on the phone.
