Huntington. You get paid 2 days earlier than everyone else, but they NEVER send you a bank card. Waited over 2 months for a simple Debit card. PNC will at least give me one the same day i make the account. this has gotta be a joke. how am i supposed to pay my bills or spend my money with no card? thanks for holding on to my $1000 for me i guess. would be cool if i could pay rent.
NO SENSE OF URGENCY... left a voicemail in the morning as directed by the Fort Mitchell KY branch phone service, had to call back shortly before they closed as I did not receive a call back... when I asked about not receiving a call back they just explained that they were 'real busy'...
I had an account issue that happened by accident and Austin was super helpful and worked fast to get it fixed for me. He was knowledgeable and amazing with customer service. I’m happy to have gotten him to work with on my issue. Definitely recommend working with this bank/branch. Thanks Austin!
Came in and tried to get a certified check but was told I couldn't because of how funds were transferred? I rearranged patient schedules to leave work early to get this done but instead ended up wasting my time. Unfortunately I recently switched to this bank because of location to my house but guess it's not worth it in the end.
