I had an account issue that happened by accident and Austin was super helpful and worked fast to get it fixed for me. He was knowledgeable and amazing with customer service. I’m happy to have gotten him to work with on my issue. Definitely recommend working with this bank/branch. Thanks Austin!
Came in and tried to get a certified check but was told I couldn't because of how funds were transferred? I rearranged patient schedules to leave work early to get this done but instead ended up wasting my time. Unfortunately I recently switched to this bank because of location to my house but guess it's not worth it in the end.

Wow, so many things wrong at this bank. Incredible wait times. Slow and understaffed. Frustrated customers walking out. Their technology didn't work. The banker gave the teller the someone elses account number when I tried to deposite my first $5000. The branch manager should be held accountable. Just sad.
