Went today to see a banker for a CD. Was told she’d get her manager to help me. Waited for 10 minutes after her manager and an operation manager were in an office talking. So we just got up and left. You’d think there would be a banker available and of the manager would help us then go back to talking. U guess they don’t need new customers. I went elsewhere.
The crew at skokie bovd.location seem that they dont want to be there bad atitude bad personality acually no personality
If you thinking of banking with Huntington think twice. Their systems are awful. Cant tell you much about what happened in your account and why.
I had to do multiple transactions, mostly account maintenance and Ray there has been very patient and very helpful with practical solutions. Very very different and much more positive experience than we had at Skokie branch…
