Just walked in Monday without an appointment. The manager Theresa was so helpful, so was the front desk. 5 Stars
Simple withdrawal took 30 mins on top of terrible attitude and none working scanning machine.
Went today to see a banker for a CD. Was told she’d get her manager to help me. Waited for 10 minutes after her manager and an operation manager were in an office talking. So we just got up and left. You’d think there would be a banker available and of the manager would help us then go back to talking. U guess they don’t need new customers. I went elsewhere.
