I was looking for an ATM on a Saturday, the Huntington website clearly said there was a 24/7 ATM at this location but I got there and the ATM was INSIDE the closed bank. What's the point of having an ATM that's only accessible when the bank is open?

Worst experience in my life ever!!! You would think I was applying for a loan with amount of questions the teller was asking me. I had proof I am the real deal and he was very hesitant to give me my money. It would of been a waste of time to talk to the manager as he is probably the same way. Do yourselves all a favor, go to a different branch. I've been to many different ones and they others all treat you like family, clearly this one has forgotten what family even is in this day and age!
Horrific new staff, especially unreasonable is a new branch manager Karen. Lazy deluders. Nothing but misrepresentation. Stay away at all costs.
