Very bad experience at the Huntington branch on Route 59 and 95th Street. I went at 12:00 p.m. to open an account and was told I needed to bring an additional document. I returned at 4:00 p.m. with everything requested and, even though the banker knew I had already been there earlier, the manager told me they could not open accounts at that time and that I needed an appointment. I was there today and had a horrible experience with the staff, I was giving my phone number to the lady that was attending me, I didn’t realized I was a little loud (my bad) and the woman (staff) beside her that was attending other lady started to speak in low volume sarcastically making fun of me and making comments with the other lady, I don’t know if she was racist enough to think that I couldn’t understand english, or worst, thought that I was stupid enough that I would not understand the sarcasm, because she was openly... read more
