I called to report fraud and your customer service didn't care! 22k and customer service stated "the customer has to contact us" so basically the customer is screwed out of that money and time wasted returning the check and screwing some poor person that was scammed! I work at another bank and called to report a check that was fraudulent and you didn't care! The customer has to report it!? 22k? Very bad experience at the Huntington branch on Route 59 and 95th Street. I went at 12:00 p.m. to open an account and was told I needed to bring an additional document. I returned at 4:00 p.m. with everything requested and, even though the banker knew I had already been there earlier, the manager told me they could not open accounts at that time and that I needed an appointment.
