Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Detailed with transactions. Friendly.
So far, it's 3 stars. I recently changed banking locations. Opened my account quick and easy online. I had to go in to do some business, Mohammed was friendly and has great customer service skills he knew everyone's name has they were coming and going. Kayla needs to brush up on her skills. She talks in a condescending way and talks over you when you're trying to talk. I guess I will only deal with Mohammed moving forward. The parking at this location is TERRIBLE!!! There so slow... everytime... takes forever doing anything
ATM never ever works. Lines are long inside and at drive through. The worse location ever
