I stopped at 1130 today in the DT. I sent my tube in, Noone came to the window for close to 8 mins.. No acknowledgement, nothing. There was an employee standing right there doing something but didn't even look. After finally asking what I needed, he sent out the tube and told me to fill the form out in full. I did and sent it back and then said sorry we are super busy in here. I then waited for another 10 mins and finally got my tube back. Crazy how bad this visit was.... What a great experience at this Johnstown branch..not even our bank!!! I needed a simple document notorized, several other banks. " could not do". This bank did!!!!!! Kristen and Laura were so helpful, so kind I was so glad we went in. If I haven't been with another bank for a long time I would change to Huntington!!!! This branch was amazing!!!! Thank you for your help!!!!!

I have been a customer of Huntington Bank for over 10 years. I went to the Johnstown branch to Withdrawal a large amount of money I went inside and spoke to the teller by the name of Shawn. He had to go into the back to process my transaction. When he returned He counted the money but kind of stuttered as he was doing, so I didn’t think anything of it until I reached my destination and realized he had shorted me $100. I brought my son to this bank to open his first checking account. I have been a member with Huntington Bank for over 30 years. We were in line plenty enough time before the bank closed but by the time the one teller that was seeing people got to us it was exactly closing time and they refused to open an account for my son, there were three other people sitting around working that never once asked to help me.
