I went in this bank to ask some questions about my account. In between asking questions, the banker, whose name is Rob, was being rude, sarcastic, and just over all awful. As I exited this bank, I turned back around to make sure I didn’t leave my ID on the counter, and he was laughing at me. Never have I had such a bad experience anywhere. I will be switching banks ASAP. Don’t do business with them, this place is awful. Terrible customer service.
