Terrible service! Even the general manager not professional at all. They never return phone calls.
Very disappointing service. I arrived at the bank just after 4pm and waited in line well over 10 min. Not a single teller acknowledged anyone in line and not all were with customers. I finally made it up and said I had a few questions about opening a checking account. I was told it was too late that the last appointment was at 4pm. No offer to answer even a basic question, setup an appointment for a future date, or provide the contact information of a banker. I do not recommend this branch. I went in opening an account in October because I couldn’t open it online Jacqueline the branch manager attended me and helped me out open up the account and everything she said I will receive my $400 promotions after 90 days til this day I haven’t received anything she said she would update me because she never entered my code correctly to receive the promo she said she would handle it and would make sure I receive it and TIL THIS DAY NEVER RECEIVED IT!
