Slow service
Very disappointed service there were only 2 tellers the guy was fast and efficient the older lady with the salt and pepper hair lady I expressed I was not feeling good and needed to get to the doctor she kept speaking to other customers she knew while serving me which was unprofessional and kept saying im trying but...but...but...it was like she was moving MORE slowly because she knew I was in a hurry, she even opened her teller cash draw and closed it back knowing I wanted cash from my account, never again will I come into ... read more

Multiple employees on multiple days were clueless! Rude personal banker. Forget about calling, they don't answer their phones. They owed me money from a refund returned to a closed account. They made me wait and wait and wait incase I owed them any money?When they finally issued the check and supposedly mailed it, I never got it. Called customer service, they nitrate the account and tell me to go to a branch and that they would issue me a new check.
