This is a great bank. Very friendly and helpful. Nick is an awesome manager David is awesome as well. It's the only bank that I know actually answers the phone!
Absolute criminals. I deposited 5k into my 100% legit business account. They froze the account and now won't give me my money back! Horrible horrible people!
Awful experience. Atm took my cash with no receipt. Then this branch told me they filed a dispute for me. Turns out they never filed a dispute and have yet to get my money back!
I have never had any issues with Huntington bank before, however, I came to this location for the first time today with my boyfriend in order to set up a joint savings account. No one else was there, but we were still told to drive to another location to open it because “there’s only two of us” and “we’re only open for another hour”. Luckily, one of the two employees informed us of how we could open an account online or via the phone so we didn’t have to drive out of our way to another location.
