Horrible customer service. Especially from the okemos branch. Went in on a Friday to get a lein release letter and found out the next Wednesday the okemos branch didn't do anything. I had to go to the east lansing branch to get service. Then I was told it takes them 7 to 10 days to look it up in their computer. I asked them why anyone would do service with this bank. Left the employee speechless. They couldn't come up with an answer.

Horrible service, any more than one customer and they are just overwhelmed. "How would you like that back?" Nope, just here's your money.
I usually don’t leave reviews… but I prefer this location over the one near my house. Hopefully I can give shoutouts, and also not spell their names wrong, but Carmen, Tyler, and Brian are all wonderful. They’re super friendly, make me feel welcome and always make my day a little better. I really appreciate the positive customer service!!
