My local branch in Mason is always friendly, personable and helpful. They have always been willing to work with me to meet my banking needs. Customer service is great and Huntington gets my highest recommendation.

I was told one thing to find out it wasnt true. I went to the branch in need of proof that the account was mine as I'm buying a home. I need my resent transactions printed off but needs to state my name. I was told that the 2 transations that i really need to prove happened were being generated on a statement that i would be able to see in the morning. Well there is no statement this morning. I need it today!!!! Im unhappy with the fact i was told it was going to be there online at 4am to it not there.
