I give this bank a one star rating. I called two consecutive days asking for information about a loan. They were nice on the phone but that's it. No one returned my call either day. The first day I called about 3pm. No return call. The second day, same question 9am, no one returned my call. It's been two weeks and still no call. Very disappointed in the customer service. Not a good way to gain a customer.
