This bank is close to my house but I will never go here again. They need more staff and when I walked through the door nobody greeted me. I needed a personal banker so I sat in the lobby about 15 minutes and nobody ever addressed me. Therefore I went to the teller window and told them what I needed and they advised me that I needed to make an appointment. I set an appointment for the next day, but I had to cancel it so I called the bank and no one answered and I left a message on the voicemail and no one ever called me back ... read more

First of all, I didn’t know I had to make an appointment in order Close my account, which I hadn’t planned on closing I was just there too discontinue the hold I had on it due to a possible compromise. I was told over the phone that I just needed to come in the bank and release the hold from the account but when I got to the bank, I was told I needed to make an appointment to see management in order to close the account. It took 30 minutes or more to close the account open a new one very slow service. They need more help.

Moe was wonderful and he got me in and out within 5 minutes he was very helpful and respectful and he explained evening to me very clearly way better than commercial bank

I didn't want to do business at this bank because of preconceived notions. However, my experience turned out to be better than expected. Saif was a polite and professional banker that helped me get through my transaction with ease. My only "issue" was that the teller who I interacted with first did not look at me when calling me forward, but instead stared at the wall. I had to check that they were talking to me or not
