Very slow and unprofessional. We hate coming here but it's the closest branch. The Huntington Bank on 12 mile in Lathrup Village is way better. I hope management sees all of these low reviews and does something about it.
Customer Service & Trying To Reach Someone via Phone Is Absolutely Terrible. NO ONE EVER ANSWER THE PHONE. NO ONE EVER RETURN PHONE CALLS WHEN TOU LEAVE A MESSAGE. ATM MACHINE ARE ALWAYS DOWN. I Have At This Location Many Times & They Are NEVER That Busy. Where They Can't Answer The Phone Or Help Customers More Efficiently. Very Poor Service!!!!
This bank is close to my house but I will never go here again. They need more staff and when I walked through the door nobody greeted me. I needed a personal banker so I sat in the lobby about 15 minutes and nobody ever addressed me. Therefore I went to the teller window and told them what I needed and they advised me that I needed to make an appointment. I set an appointment for the next day, but I had to cancel it so I called the bank and no one answered and I left a message on the voicemail and no one ever called me back ... read more
First of all, I didn’t know I had to make an appointment in order Close my account, which I hadn’t planned on closing I was just there too discontinue the hold I had on it due to a possible compromise. I was told over the phone that I just needed to come in the bank and release the hold from the account but when I got to the bank, I was told I needed to make an appointment to see management in order to close the account. It took 30 minutes or more to close the account open a new one very slow service. They need more help.
Moe was wonderful and he got me in and out within 5 minutes he was very helpful and respectful and he explained evening to me very clearly way better than commercial bank
