Had a terrible experience today opening accounts at this branch with Leslie and Susan. Leslie confirmed all details on the promotion and told me that I will need a second ID in order to open account. So, I had to run home to get the second ID. When I came back it appeared that the second ID was not required. I opened 2 promo accounts with Susan and then both Susan and Leslie provided me with wrong info on the promotion conflicting with what Leslie told me before. Big fan of this bank, especially this branch. I have been going here on a semi-regular basis and they have been fantastic to work with. They are pleasant and easily help me through my more complex issues. This branch is one of the reasons I continue to be a customer to this day.
I had a great experience at this bank. Armine Papazian helped me open my accounts. She was very professional, and friendly. She was a great help. Great staff at this location.
Armine P. is a best banker out there…period. She is super quick, very knowledgeable, not pushy, didn’t try to sell things I don’t need or didn’t ask too many questions. In an out in less than 20 mins. and great interest rates for a brick and mortar bank. Its a big branch office and very friendly staff.
Went to this branch over the weekend and went trough the absolute worst experience with a bank. Banks are usually trying to get customers to open accounts with them. It was not the case with Huntington. The only available banker was Ms. Armine P. who seemed unhappy at her job. She was not interested in helping me to open a money market account.
