You need to get new staff at the Richmond Michigan branch. They are so slow!! Go in I wait go through the drive through I wait while everyone is helping someone else inside I can’t win. I thought the drive through was supposed to be faster than going in. I’m not going to that branch anymore, then I went to the branch in Chesterfield on Gratiot and one person on the inside working with a line?? I’m like do I have to take my money somewhere else to get a bank that knows how to staff and give good service??
I do not usually frequent the Richmond location of Huntington Bank. After visiting today, I will avoid this branch. All of the tellers were with customers when I arrived. I waited for 10 minutes and then one of the tellers completed the transaction with her customer and the customer left. She proceeded to punch away at her computer for another five minutes. At no time was I ever greeted, acknowledged, etc. At the very least, I would expect a "hello" or "welcome, or someone will be right with you." During this time another cu... read more
