Best bank in town if you want to spend an hour at the bank for every transaction. 2 years later and nothing has changed. Still terrible.

Horrible bank , if I can give a ZERO star that’s what it would be. I’ve never had to deal with poor customer service with a bank like this…my account had a fraudulent transaction and I dispute the transaction not only did they not insure that account was safe but they kept my account open to continue being hacked, available for fraudulent transactions to accumulate which it did. I went into the branch several times to asked for it to be fixed and showed them multiple other transactions being done to my account that wasn’t me... read more
Always a delay, always under staffed..always a wait..less and less Huntington banks around.. Time to switch banks
