They’re always amazing to work with at the 44th St branch. Alan and his team are always friendly and do whatever they can to make sure I have a great experience when I stop in. I was using another location close by and have had some terrible experiences so I’m thrilled with the difference here.
Terrible bank, they have too many great benefits like a high yield checking account and unique green logo..would not recommend chase bank. from 2021 it’s blue. That’s why I gave this store a 6 stars
Best bank in town if you want to spend an hour at the bank for every transaction. 2 years later and nothing has changed. Still terrible.
