This team always goes above and beyond. Can't say enough nice things about them.
I’ve had poor luck at other Huntington branches until I started going to this one. So far I’ve had great luck here and last night, the branch manager returned my call after hours and kept working on my request - I’m convinced the reason this branch is so good is because of the hard working Branch Manager (Mary).
My account had a fraudulent charge so I immediately went to Huntington in Broadview Heights on the 24th of January. They informed me that their “banker” who would have been able to help me was booked for the rest of the day and basically told me to wait till Monday which was the same day as storm Fern. The staff here, especially Mary Puro, are absolutely amazing human beings. My family is going through a very stressful situation, but Mary has worked with us with a level of patience, professionalism and empathy that we can never repay. I was told they were too busy to complete a wire transfer. After years of business banking and a lot of business brought to them I was extremely disappointed In their service. The manager came out of her office to explain to me these types of transactions need scheduled and they referred me to another Huntington bank. I don’t understand what is wrong with today’s workforce.
