The staff here, especially Mary Puro, are absolutely amazing human beings. My family is going through a very stressful situation, but Mary has worked with us with a level of patience, professionalism and empathy that we can never repay. I was told they were too busy to complete a wire transfer. After years of business banking and a lot of business brought to them I was extremely disappointed In their service. The manager came out of her office to explain to me these types of transactions need scheduled and they referred me to another Huntington bank. I don’t understand what is wrong with today’s workforce.
Friendly staff, convenient safe-deposit boxes, and nice parking. Perfect location too. I especially love that this branch always answers their phone any time I call.
The branch is gorgeous and the people are amazing here. They are very helpful and really care about their customers. Wish I lived closer so I could use this as my own primary bank.
