The most amazing group of bankers that are willing to take the extra step to help you with your financial needs. They remember your name and serve with a smile. The drive thru is convenient with 2 lanes.
Huntington Bank in Twinsburg shows sincere caring for its customers, offers creative solutions for any issue, and models genuine respect in dealing with its customers. Linda and Michael especially give their full attention in resourcefully and promptly addressing whatever issue may present itself. I appreciate and feel grateful for and to all those who work at the Twinsburg branch of Huntington Bank.
This has nothing to do with this individual branch they have treated me just fine this mostly for the customer service that I have received from the customer service department since I have opened my acct. Prior to being customer my employer would write me checks from his huntington account that I would go and cash at a branch for a 10 dollar non customer fee, 2 forms of ID and what I assume is a quick funds verification by the teller.
