Been banking with Huntington for years now. They’re the best bank out there. Closet thing to a credit union, but still have the technology similar to the bigger banks and this most small business friendly. They’ve helped me tremendously with various business and personal loans, lines of credit, credit cards and overall banking. Terrible customer service and unknowledgeable. I called to obtain information regarding a power of attorney to authorize my daughter to make a wire transfer for the purchase of a property. I explained that I’m out of town and the rep kept saying that we can wire to out of state accounts if the recipient has a bank account. I explained about 3 times to her what I needed and I want to know what type of POA I need because I’ve done it for Chase Bank and they were specific in the type. Great service, always with a smile. So convenient. I haven't used another Huntington branch in a very long time.
