This bank shows a clear lack of competence and fails to uphold basic fiduciary responsibilities. Fees are not properly disclosed, and they nearly sent my wire transfer to the wrong account if I didn't catch it. I would not trust them to manage any funds!
Wonderful bank with a small town feel. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. They know me by my first name. The bank itself doesn't charge fees for this and that like some other banks. Great bank! I highly recommend!
Perfect waste of time coming here. I was just trying to do a simple deposit at their drive-up atm. It accepted my card, pin, took my money and acknowledged the amount. Everything seemed fine but then all of a sudden it just randomly said it can't make the deposit and gave everything back to me. Tried the whole ritual again with the exact same result. At least tell me you don't want to take my money before making me do the whole song and dance first.
I have done banking at several of the Huntington locations within a few local counties near me, over the years. This location is always very clean with very friendly and helpful employee's.
Incompetent doesn't begin to describe our experience with this branch. First the banker finds out that are child started their own business and talks our child into opening a savings account, umbrella to under our account then they proceeded to withdraw the money that my son puts in the account each month. After promising us that there are no fees to have this account for our child. Iffat Aziz the branch manager maybe the most incompetent of all.
