bank elsewhere. for the past 3 years i’ve experienced this issue at not 1 but 2 locations 2nd street and fairlawn, i rarely have to put cash in the atm, but when i do have to.. it’s ALWAYS DOWN!! i dont know how this continues to be an issue year after year.
If your going inside you better dress up nice, I went in there dressed comfortably and got treated like garbage, I dressed up the next day, went to same teller and got treated better, if these people can't treat everyone the same, they shouldn't be in customer service, I'll go to another branch where they treat you better and not judge you by what your wearing.
Switched to this bank when I got married 2 years ago and no less than ten times have I gone to take out cash from the ATM and been unable to 🤦♀️ I have never experienced this so frequently from any other bank branch. Update 10/19/2025: Again, go figure!
ATM never ever has cash withdrawal available in the morning
