Always a good experience and helpful staff
Horrible customer service. The tellers seem like they never want to be there, let alone help you. I would give them a zero if I could.
Poor customer service! I went this evening at 6:40 to open a checking account. One of the tellers had a look of disgust on her face and said it takes 30 minutes while shaking her head. Basically, she didn't want to help so I walked away and said to her by the expression on your face I can tell you don't want to assist me.
Every time we go to this branch there is always an issue. Today was the worst ever. Find a different branch with better and more competent employees.
