I will never go back to this bank l will travel to another Huntington in the area maybe even switch banks eventually off the experience l had at this bank…..The only reason l go to bank is because l work in Bath and it’s so close…. They gave me such a hard time when l needed something that showed “MY” checking and routing information like a voided check a form that has my information on it … She gave me direct deposit form…. This is the worst bank. My accounts were supposedly locked because two bank statements were not delivered to my house. How can this be possible when I have electronic statements enabled? I have had the same address for over 10 years. Can't deposit checks in the app, can't transfer money, or pay my car payment. Already looking to close my accounts and move to another bank. Extremely frustrated with the level of ineptitude and incompetence at this bank.

Teller tried to be helpful but didn't know how to cash check with witness testimony for id.(even though banking with Huntington 5+ yrs.) Manager was happy to enforce corporate policies & then both sat on their hands. Fire the manager, or study up on common law instead of corporate policy nonsense.
