All the tellers are so welcoming and nice. Never had any bad experiences here.
The local bank is ok to do business with BUT anything else is not worth it! They keep locking my card card almost everyday for the same merchant I tell I'm buying from and they still lock it, and it takes 1 1/2 hours to talk to somebody to get it unlocked! Ridiculous absolutely ridiculous!
ATM failed to mention it couldn’t do withdrawals. It took $300 from my account, didnt dispense my money, and now I’m out $300 and will be late on bills because I am over my withdraw limit (even though I NEVER GOT MY MONEY). Go to literally ANY other Huntington than this one. ALL of this could have been avoided with proper signage or, I don’t know, maybe functioning machines? I am so glad I left Huntington. I went in with my sister for a withdrawal and the teller was so rude and disrespectful. The one of the left of you are in the lobby. The way you talked to me and my special needs sister.. sorry you don’t like your job lady.. why you should quit
