The staff is horrible! By far the worst branch in Michigan go to grand haven this one is full of vindictive, incompetent people. You've been warned! By the way you were wrong I have receipt for everything I bought 12,000 every dollar . Isn't that false police reporting i sure hope so . Shame on you!
Spring Lake HB branch service is wonderful! They are always knowledgeable, personable, and patient. We have been customers there for over 35 years and find the staff there is experienced and helpful for young and old. Judy gets my vote for excellence in her job for over 20 years. Bridget and men, you guys are all 5/5! Thank you!
There's a long line inside but instead of take care of them let's do the cars that pulled up 10 minutes later
