I have been Banking here for almost 20 years. I got a chance to get off work early to go open a new account and got at the bank at 3:50 pm. I waited in line for a few minutes and the lady at the drive thru came to help. So far so good right? Wrong! She then tells me it's too late in the day to open a new account even though I already have 2 other accounts. I said okay then close all my accounts. If you don't want my money I won't force you.
