Tellers are very friendly as well as the personal bankers. I’m always greeted as soon as I walk into the bank. Location is convenient and branch is never super busy. My only complaint is that the ATM occasionally runs out of money. This is something that should never happen under any circumstance.
My recent phone interaction with Angie Allen, the branch manager, was one of the most unprofessional banking experiences I’ve ever had. Instead of listening to my concerns, she repeatedly interrupted me, dismissed what I was trying to explain, and made it clear she had no interest in actually helping resolve the issue. Had complications with my mom’s account. The team was welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. The manger even let my kids pick out a small toy to keep and play with to keep them occupied. Highly recommend.
