No signage for anyone to know how to access the metro from the parking garage. I had my disabled mother with me and it was a nightmare trying to find where to go. No clear signage for any handicap accessible entrances. Once we finally found the access to the metro, every Metro employee that we interacted with was so helpful, and polite! I’ve been calling for over 2 months attempting to get a lien release letter for a vehicle I paid off. Get the run around every time. Never a record of all the times I’ve called. Get transferred and call drops. Not a good setup by this bank at all. Would never do business with again. Will report to B.B. as well.
