I’ve been calling for over 2 months attempting to get a lien release letter for a vehicle I paid off. Get the run around every time. Never a record of all the times I’ve called. Get transferred and call drops. Not a good setup by this bank at all. Would never do business with again. Will report to B.B. as well.
