Dr. Golan is a kind person and does her best to be empathetic. I try to give her the benefit of the doubt, but kindness doesn't excuse this mistake. I had two surgeries with her, the second of which was to wash out an infection I got from the first one. We came to the conclusion that the mesh she implanted was the cause of the infection. The second surgery was to entirely explant the mesh. After that, I had a follow up and I was told that if I wanted to pursue fixing the problem with surgery again, to look elsewhere.
