Horrible surgery. Reception are less than useless. You really need to push them for anything. I fear for the elderly patients here who aren't able to push. The doctors are also unhelpful and should hang their heads in shame. I do not like this surgery. Dr ho i hate you

Horribly rude and underperforming reception. I had a call with my GP a couple of weeks ago concerning a severe allergic reaction. She told me to call back to get an immediate appointment when I was back in the country. After a little disagreement on the fact that my GP assured me to call to get an appointment immediately and not in a month from now, the line got hung up.
