The people were nice and accommodating but the rooms are in desperate need of updating. It was okay for one night but not for a week vacation. You can hear the people in the next room very clearly.
Just a bit of nostalgia. I used to travel with my Dad every Tuesday and Wednesday during the summer. He was a truck driver and we stayed here every week. I have great memories and FYI the oval flower bed in the front used to be a pond with huge goldfish, 50+ years ago
My family and I stayed for 2 days. When we drove in what we thought was the main entrance, we realized that it actually wasn't and it was a room full of equipment and furniture. We asked for a first floor room because we had handicap issues and was told by the staff that they were all rented out to long-term users and the second floor was all they had available.
