Worst people around definitely earned their bad rating, dismissed my DISABLED partner over bloodwork we never got ordered for. Then proceeded to ignore me asking for refills until their 30 days window was up so they didn't have to deal with it. Worst people, ever, hope karma comes to get them.
I got on here to get the phone # because we left appointment date open last time we talked. I was shocked to see all these bad reviews because I am happy with my treatmennt from the girls in office to the staff. I sometimes wonder if it isn't the way they talk to the girls when they call into the office for appts ad such. Seems everybody seems to think the are the most important person and need to be given an appt when they want it, not when available. I have been coming here for years & have had several therapists at this location which I connected with a lot & one maybe not so much at the beginning. So when the ones I liked left I was definitely distressed at times, but they were always comforting in trying to help me find the right fit for my next one. The staff has never been anything but absolutely sweet & wonderful to me everytime I’ve been there or called to make or cancel appointments(& I’ve been going since 2013) I love them all.
